Develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform applications, including portals, digital signatures, workflows, integrations, migrations, and automated business processes. Configure entities, forms, dashboards, and business rules; build Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps; develop JavaScript and C# extensions; and manage ALM through Azure DevOps. Collaborate in Agile teams, support platform upgrades, improve security and performance, and provide documentation, demos, and user training.

Provide information security expertise for government IT projects: perform on‑premise and cloud security assessments, identify risks and vulnerabilities, conduct privacy impact assessments, define security requirements, develop enterprise security documentation, support vulnerability testing and disaster recovery planning, and advise project teams on security and compliance aligned with NIST.

Lead enterprise architecture strategy and governance across business, data, application, security, and infrastructure domains. Define target-state models and multi-year roadmaps, guide solution and systems architects, oversee large-scale modernization (cloud, network, fibre, satellite), enforce standards, support procurement and governance, and advise senior leadership on risks, costing, and architecture decisions.
