Lead enterprise architecture strategy and governance across business, data, application, security, and infrastructure domains. Define target-state models and multi-year roadmaps, guide solution and systems architects, oversee large-scale modernization (cloud, network, fibre, satellite), enforce standards, support procurement and governance, and advise senior leadership on risks, costing, and architecture decisions.

Design and implement a WIM-compliant intranet site, migrate and map legacy content (or redirect to SharePoint Online), validate accessibility (WCAG 2.0), run discovery/training with content owners, and establish governance and permissions for long-term maintenance.

Advise DHRIM on modern UX research, design thinking, and service design to align with TBS and DND/CAF policies. Review current practices, document existing HR solutions, recommend methodologies, develop implementation plans, SOPs and toolkits, validate strategies through hands-on trials, train staff, and engage business clients and users through interviews, workshops, surveys and mixed-method research.
