Mechanical Designer supporting engineering project teams with HVAC and piping layouts, load calculations, equipment selection, specifications, energy modeling, shop drawing reviews, field observations, and construction administration. The role also coordinates project deliverables, maintains drawing and filing standards, performs quality control, communicates with stakeholders, and may assume Job Captain responsibilities.

Supports office operations by receiving and distributing communications, maintaining office spaces, supplies, and equipment, processing shop drawings, delivering items, and serving internal and external customers.

Supports mechanical engineering projects by creating HVAC schematics, ductwork and piping layouts, performing load calculations and equipment selections, reviewing shop drawings, conducting field observations, and preparing reports. Coordinates project deliverables, documentation, quality control, drawing issuances, and client communications. May serve as Job Captain, managing project coordination, filing standards, issuance processes, and design quality under the supervision of a lead designer or engineer.
