Leads experiential and commercial interior design projects across mixed-use, multifamily, and hotel environments. Oversees concept development, programming, space planning, FF&E and material selections, construction documentation, specifications, presentations, QA/QC, and construction administration. Coordinates with architects, project managers, specification writers, and external resources while managing design quality, schedules, budgets, sustainability goals, and client requirements.

Temporary part-time Office Assistant supporting daily office operations in a Seattle office. Responsibilities include organizing and scanning archival documents, maintaining archive records, stocking supplies, preparing conference rooms, backing up front desk and mailroom duties, coordinating meeting food and setup, assisting with desk moves, and completing errands. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, confidentiality, dependable attendance, and the ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Designers develop experiential concepts and comprehensive design documentation for retail, food and beverage, and luxury projects. Responsibilities include space planning, material and FF&E selection, fixture design, 3D visualization, construction documents, site surveys, consultant coordination, QA/QC, specifications, and construction administration support. The role requires collaboration with architectural teams and an understanding of constructability, sustainability, project budgets, and client requirements.
