Develops project test scopes, ensuring complete business-requirement traceability and stakeholder sign-off. Creates end-to-end test scripts, expected outcomes, prerequisites, and dependencies in Jira. Executes tests, captures evidence, raises and retests defects, supports defect triage, and assists business users during testing. Collaborates closely with Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to ensure comprehensive test coverage and delivery within agreed timelines.

Lead and mature the organization’s third-party risk management framework, policies, controls, governance, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Advise business units on vendor selection, onboarding, due diligence, contracts, ongoing monitoring, and outsourcing risks. Partner with commercial, technology, finance, risk, audit, and global teams; support controls testing, assurance, audits, regulatory updates, strategic projects, and senior-management reporting. The role requires extensive risk-management and financial-services experience, including third-party risk, technology or security risk, regulatory oversight, and vendor-management tooling.

Lead Continuum’s strategy, performance, governance, regulatory oversight and sustainable growth as part of M&G Advice’s leadership team. The role oversees P&L, adviser engagement, customer outcomes, risk, transformation, stakeholder relationships and associated board responsibilities. The Managing Partner will strengthen a founder-led business, develop leadership capability, improve adviser productivity, and collaborate across M&G’s advice, life and group functions.
