Accountable for enterprise-wide data governance, risk and management. Own policy, standards, oversight and reporting; drive remediation, cross-business alignment, governance forums and continuous improvement to maintain data risk within appetite.

Own the front-office investment application run function (Aladdin/Bloomberg/WSO), manage incidents, drive service improvements and prioritization, support trade lifecycle troubleshooting, engage stakeholders and third parties, and participate in BCP/DR and rotation/weekend support.

Process daily investor services tasks including trailer fees, rebates, PPL pricing and fund allocations; maintain UK Offshore fund agreements and third-party system updates; produce reports for internal and external stakeholders; investigate and resolve operational discrepancies; maintain documentation, support onboarding, meet SLAs, and contribute to continuous improvement.
