Manage production and maintenance of Group Financial Crime policies and standards, perform regulatory horizon scanning and gap analysis, support training and communications, engage stakeholders across asset management, life and corporate functions, and embed risk-based approaches and impact assessments at group and local levels.

Lead ownership of the Group Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) and financial crime methodology. Challenge, aggregate and translate business unit risk assessments into Group-level insights. Maintain risk registers, jurisdiction heatmaps, watchlist/screening and exit frameworks. Engage senior stakeholders, present to Executive/Board committees, and drive continuous improvement across AML, sanctions, fraud, anti-bribery, KYC/CDD and third-party risk.

Lead definition, monitoring and reporting of Group financial crime KRIs and tolerances. Drive data quality, investigations and MI for AML, sanctions, fraud and CDD. Partner with technology and business units to maintain data infrastructure, implement automated reporting, enhance controls and deliver dashboards and governance across the organisation.
