Provide company secretarial and corporate governance support for Luxembourg real estate entities, including preparing board packs, convening and minuting meetings, managing legal records and filings, coordinating execution of legal documents, overseeing service providers, maintaining corporate calendars and databases, and ensuring compliance with Luxembourg laws and governance requirements.
