Lead Designer oversees design teams for IT infrastructure, integrated security, and audiovisual projects. Manages full project lifecycle—initiation, planning, design, execution, and close-out—conducting surveys, calculations, layouts, specifications, quality control, documentation, and client/vendor communication while ensuring timelines, standards, and team development.

Lead mechanical design for HVAC and mechanical systems across project phases: schematics, layouts, load calculations, equipment selection, shop drawing review, field observation, and construction administration. Serve as Job Captain, coordinate stakeholders, ensure documentation quality and filing, mentor junior staff, and apply company design standards and tools to deliver projects on schedule.

Entry-level mechanical design role supporting project teams: perform surveys, basic calculations, equipment selection, and layout drafting. Use AutoCAD/REVIT and company standards to produce deliverables, communicate with stakeholders, and train toward Job Captain responsibilities.
