Creates mechanical schematics, layouts, calculations, equipment selections, specifications, and energy models for HVAC and piping systems. Supports project management, construction administration, field observations, shop drawing reviews, quality control, document issuance, and project archiving. Coordinates with engineers, architects, vendors, consultants, clients, and stakeholders, and may assume Job Captain responsibilities for project deliverables and documentation.

Leads firmwide electrical engineering standards, specifications, QA/QC protocols, and advanced design strategies. Provides technical oversight for complex interdisciplinary projects, ensuring systems are integrated, constructable, budget-aligned, and coordinated. Mentors senior designers and engineers, conducts reviews, develops leadership pathways, supports project scoping and fee negotiations, and represents the firm in industry forums, client discussions, pursuits, and business development.

Leads mechanical engineering design projects and supervises design professionals. Produces and reviews complex HVAC systems, schematics, layouts, specifications, calculations, equipment selections, energy models, and control sequences. Oversees project execution, construction administration, shop drawings, field observations, client relationships, budgets, schedules, staff development, and business development. Serves as a senior technical authority and project-management leader.
