Provides customer service and sells automotive maintenance products and services. Inspects vehicles, explains recommended repairs, processes transactions and sales documentation, manages customer service areas, supports inventory and store operations, receives merchandise, maintains facilities, operates customer vehicles, and assists with employee training.

Paid Summer 2027 internship offering hands-on project experience across Sales and Marketing, IT, Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, or Business Management. Interns work with mentors, support departmental operations, assist team members, and develop professional skills. Applicants should demonstrate communication, customer service, teamwork, attention to detail, initiative, and time management. Sophomore standing or above is preferred, though freshmen may be considered.

Leads recruiting, learning and development, employee relations, leave management, performance management, culture, and broader HR operations. Oversees HR teams, develops scalable processes and programs, advises managers and senior leaders, ensures employment-law compliance, manages sensitive employee matters, and improves HR systems, policies, service levels, and organizational effectiveness.
