Provides customer service and sells automotive products and services at a Big O Tires location. Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, recommending maintenance, explaining products, processing transactions and sales documentation, managing customer service areas, stocking merchandise, supporting store operations, checking in vendors, maintaining facilities, operating customer vehicles, and assisting with employee training. The role requires weekend and holiday availability, physical activity, outdoor work, hazardous-material handling, and a valid driver’s license.

Leads recruiting, learning and development, employee relations, leave management, performance management, and culture programs. Oversees HR teams, strengthens processes, ensures employment-law compliance, manages sensitive employee matters, develops training and leadership programs, and partners with business leaders to improve employee and manager support. The role also manages HR systems, policies, reporting, and assigned employees while driving scalable programs and organizational effectiveness.

Processes and validates daily General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payment data. Reviews vendor statements, reconciles records, imports point-of-sale files, maintains invoices and reports, responds to accounting inquiries, and resolves discrepancies with field personnel. Supports audits, recommends process improvements, and provides backup assistance to accounting staff while ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
