The Fintech Strategy & Operations Associate will coordinate cross-functional fintech initiatives, develop execution plans, and drive strategic projects while analyzing data and improving processes.

Founding analytics engineer for Finance to design and own data infrastructure, build production ETL/ELT pipelines, create scalable data models, ensure data quality and testing, and deliver actionable insights to Finance leadership to support month-end close, capital allocation, and IPO readiness.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for hotel distribution, build investment cases, prioritise portfolio decisions, drive complex discovery and experimentation, coach senior PMs, manage large third‑party integrations, and represent Mews externally in distribution channels.
