Lead a data engineering team and technical roadmaps for client data platforms. Design architectures and deliver scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, warehouses, analytics products, APIs, dashboards, and data insights using Python, Spark, and Azure. Ensure engineering excellence, automated testing, governance, and alignment with digital standards. Collaborate with data scientists, stakeholders, and project teams, while coaching team members and evaluating business needs.

The AI Architect will design AI solutions, ensure technical consistency, integrate systems, monitor performance, and establish data foundations and architectural standards.

Build and maintain data pipelines in Palantir Foundry using Python and PySpark; develop data models, ontology, consumption layers, and analytic applications. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensure data quality through testing and monitoring, optimize Spark transformations, and apply software engineering practices. Collaborate with client data and IT teams on source integration and deployment. The role requires advanced SQL, cloud data platform experience, Git proficiency, and Spanish and English fluency.
