Manage enterprise telecom accounts in a post-sale environment, serving as the primary customer contact. Responsibilities include resolving service issues and escalations, handling billing inquiries, coordinating repairs and account changes, documenting interactions, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting telecom implementation projects and customer experience improvements.

Provides Level 1 and Level 2 enterprise desktop support in a Microsoft-centric environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows devices, Microsoft 365 applications, peripherals, connectivity, accounts, permissions, and endpoint management; deploying and maintaining hardware and software; managing ITSM incidents; supporting onboarding, migrations, and upgrades; documenting resolutions and assets; and escalating complex technical issues while delivering strong customer service.
