Analyzes and documents billing data, audits client matters against quotes and budgets, manages special billing arrangement records, develops monitoring tools with IT, supports customers and internal teams, and recommends process improvements. The role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, with responsibility for accurate billing and client support.

Provides customer support through inbound calls, email, and online channels. Resolves complaints, troubleshoots service issues, submits repair tickets, processes orders, explains products and services, documents interactions, routes inquiries, escalates issues, and identifies customer-call trends. The role also conducts follow-up and may support projects that improve company processes and service offerings.

Build and operate a modern data platform for network telemetry, including scalable ingestion pipelines, real-time event processing, workflow and rule engines, APIs, data models, lakehouse storage, observability, and lineage. Deploy services on Kubernetes using CI/CD, troubleshoot distributed systems, contribute to architecture and code quality, and collaborate with product, front-end, operations, and business stakeholders. Use AI-assisted development tools and participate in a light on-call rotation.
