Owns the Azure cloud product roadmap and technical backlog for federal mission systems. Translates government stakeholder needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritizes work; coordinates with Azure engineering, architecture, DevOps, and cybersecurity teams; and supports Agile ceremonies. The role manages dependencies, risks, technical debt, governance, ATO, Zero Trust, and continuous monitoring requirements while briefing program and government leadership. Requires an active Secret clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret, and on-site work in Washington, DC four days weekly.

Designs and maintains secure CI/CD pipelines, integrates security scanning and STIG compliance, and develops Infrastructure as Code for AWS environments. Troubleshoots Linux-based systems, supports Kubernetes and OpenShift automation, advises development teams on secure coding and vulnerability remediation, and mentors junior engineers. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, DoD cybersecurity certification, and extensive DevSecOps experience.

Design, build, and sustain secure mobile and web applications and backend services for a classified federal customer. Develop UIs, REST APIs, SQL-backed services, automation scripts, telemetry/monitoring tools, and diagnostics in Linux environments. Apply secure coding, troubleshoot integrations, document architecture and SOPs, and coordinate with security, network, and government stakeholders in an Agile delivery model.
