Lead and contribute to an agile scrum team to deliver scalable web application features within sprints. Complete user stories, troubleshoot issues, design and implement complex software solutions, mentor developers, and maintain system architecture, SDLC adherence, and technical documentation. Must meet DHS EOD and fitness requirements.

Design, administer, and optimize PostgreSQL databases in on‑prem and cloud environments. Perform tuning, backups, replication, recovery, security controls, and HA/DR. Manage containerized database operations and Kubernetes, support CI/CD, participate in Agile delivery, and maintain production stability with clear stakeholder communication.

Design and deliver secure, scalable technical solutions that align business needs with cloud and AI/ML implementations. Lead solution design across projects, advise government stakeholders, support business development, and guide cross-functional teams on architecture, Databricks analytics, real-time streaming, search, and modernization initiatives.
