Architects, designs, implements, and secures scalable AWS cloud infrastructure across multiple classification domains. Leads cloud automation, deployment, monitoring, governance, compliance, and risk management efforts. Collaborates with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize infrastructure. Mentors cloud engineers, reviews technical work, develops operating instructions and training, and serves as a cloud engineering subject matter expert.

Serves as an all-source intelligence mission subject matter expert for a DoD data-modernization program. Validates classified mission datasets, AI-enabled discovery, semantic search, metadata, and analyst workflows. Translates intelligence needs into requirements and backlog items, engages combatant commands and intelligence centers, identifies data gaps, fuses intelligence into mission narratives, and delivers metrics and executive briefings under ICD 203 standards.

Lead Navy cybersecurity Assessment and Authorization and Risk Management Framework activities. Develop security plans, assess and validate controls, execute test procedures, document findings in eMASS, manage POA&Ms, conduct risk scoring, prepare Security Assessment Reports, and coordinate with stakeholders to secure and maintain Authorities to Operate. Track RMF metrics and compliance across mission-critical systems.
