Manage daily inventory, ordering, receiving, stocking, and issuing of parts and materials to support 24x7 maintenance operations at Dulles Airport. Research and source replacement parts (including obsolete items), maintain inventory records and BOMs, reconcile P-Card transactions in Workday, coordinate with procurement and maintenance staff, and support just-in-time inventory and small contracts as assigned.

Deploys and supports the Airports Authority enterprise desktop environment using SCCM/Intune and UEM/MDM tools. Creates and maintains golden WIM images, packages and deploys software and drivers, manages updates, administers reporting, and provides Tier III desktop support. Works within ITIL processes, manages test labs, automates deployments, and communicates technical issues to nontechnical stakeholders.

Manage and provide technical direction for electrical engineering design projects across airport facilities, including medium/low-voltage distribution, airfield lighting, emergency power, fire alarm systems. Serve as project manager and COTR, review consultant work, perform construction administration, coordinate stakeholders, ensure code compliance, and oversee commissioning, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout.
