Provides Tier II deskside and remote technical support for computers, software, applications, telephones, printers, and other IT equipment. Troubleshoots and resolves user issues, documents and manages service tickets, performs installations and repairs, supports software updates, escalates complex problems, and ensures customer satisfaction. The role requires ITIL-based service delivery, on-call availability, varied shifts, location flexibility, and ongoing maintenance of required certifications.

Coordinates IT project activities from planning through delivery, including schedules, budgets, resources, documentation, risk management, quality assurance, market research, and stakeholder communications. Serves as a liaison between project managers and business partners, monitors progress, resolves issues, manages expectations, and supports contract-related project efforts. Requires three years of progressively responsible IT experience, including two years in project coordination or a similar role.

Performs supervised pre-award and post-award contracting functions for information technology, goods and services, concessions, leasing, maintenance, and other procurements. Assists with procurement planning, solicitation preparation, market research, proposal review, price and cost analysis, negotiations, contract awards, administration, and closeout. The role develops contracting expertise and requires procurement certification within two years.
