Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District

The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) is a public agency providing wastewater and stormwater management for St. Louis City and approximately 90 percent of St. Louis County. Its mission is to protect the public's health, safety, and water environment by responsibly managing wastewater and stormwater systems for approximately 1.3 million residents, operating seven treatment facilities and maintaining nearly 10,000 miles of sewers.
