Leads onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, career growth, and employee experience programs. Partners with HR and organizational leaders to design employee-centered initiatives, manage development plans, oversee learning resources, conduct listening efforts, and use workforce data to measure outcomes and improve organizational effectiveness.

Performs original and complex cataloging for print, digital, serial, and electronic materials; creates MARC and non-MARC metadata; develops authority and linked-data records; supports departmental library projects and digital collections; provides reference assistance and research support; coordinates staff, interns, and volunteers; and promotes collections through presentations, publications, programs, and social media.

Administers the library’s Sierra ILS, AWS cloud infrastructure, Linux servers, CMS, hardware, and software systems. Develops Python, shell, and SQL integrations, dashboards, data workflows, and web applications. Supports information security, vendor coordination, technology projects, staff training, digitization initiatives, and reference services. Manages equipment lifecycles, reporting, documentation, budgets, and library technology improvements.
