Maintains vendor process maps and pricing data, coordinates database server and application installation and configuration, troubleshoots database errors, manages user access and data distribution, provides data management support, and communicates with vendor IT teams.

Supports the legal team with real estate transaction documents, municipal applications, project financing and escrow documentation, and corporate entity management. Responsibilities include preparing entity formation and governance filings, drafting agreements and resolutions, tracking project documents, maintaining calendars and files, and coordinating with government agencies, municipal officials, professionals, management, and internal departments.

Leads architectural design from concept through completion for multifamily residential and commercial projects. Develops construction documents, specifications, and drawings; conducts site visits; coordinates structural, MEP, and other consultants; performs code reviews; manages schedules, budgets, and deliverables; supports clients and business development; and mentors junior architects.
