Design, code, test, deploy, and support corporate web applications and integrations across Finance, HR, Asset Management, Leasing, and other departments. Lead implementation of a Content Services Platform for workflow automation, document management, and RPA. Build reusable API services in Python/JavaScript, work with data/platform teams for integrations, support AI/ML initiatives, and maintain RDBMS and application databases on Azure/AWS.

Lead end-to-end application development, workflow, integrations, and automation. Define roadmap, partner with business stakeholders, drive agile delivery, build reusable services/APIs, manage internal and external teams, support production operations and lifecycle, and incorporate AI-enabled capabilities to improve adoption and business outcomes.

Provide business-oriented legal support on real estate, corporate, commercial, and operational matters. Draft, review, and negotiate transactions and contracts; assist with due diligence, closings, compliance, risk management, and litigation support; maintain corporate governance records and legal templates; coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel.
