Lead and maintain the general ledger, prepare and review financial statements, manage month‑end/year‑end close, strengthen governance and internal controls, coordinate audits and compliance, support finance transformation and stakeholder reporting, and provide technical accounting guidance to business units.

Develop and maintain customer-facing and internal web applications using Ruby on Rails. Build UIs to spec, create and document REST/JSON APIs, perform unit testing and basic QA, use source control, and follow TDD, CI, and Scrum practices.

Manage HR functions including compensation and benefits administration, payroll, recruitment and onboarding, performance reviews, policy development, HR metrics analysis, record keeping, compliance, employee support, and initiatives to improve job satisfaction.
