Develop and maintain customer-facing and internal web applications using Ruby on Rails. Build UIs to spec, create and document REST/JSON APIs, perform unit testing and basic QA, use source control, and follow TDD, CI, and Scrum practices.

Manage HR functions including compensation and benefits administration, payroll, recruitment and onboarding, performance reviews, policy development, HR metrics analysis, record keeping, compliance, employee support, and initiatives to improve job satisfaction.

Lead fulfillment and dispatch operations to meet SLAs, standardize processes, enforce SOPs and remittance compliance, monitor KPIs, drive process improvements, manage service providers and manpower planning, control operational costs, and coordinate cross-functionally with customer service, merchants, and finance.
