Provides non-clinical support for clinical research projects through data collection, clinical data analysis, protocol compliance, equipment maintenance, specimen shipment tracking, invoicing, ECG performance, and study document uploads. Coordinates with Clinical Research Associates and research staff. This is a temporary 90-day position with a Monday through Friday schedule.

Provide Tier 2 technical support and serve as escalation for Tier 1: troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, user accounts, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, VPN, and printers; perform onboarding/terminations and user training; use RMM for patching, security hardening, and deployments; support multi-site office setups and ISP provisioning; monitor refrigeration temperatures; comply with HIPAA and PCI; participate in incident response and on-call rotation.

Provide inpatient and outpatient care under a collaborating physician: diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; prescribe medications (including controlled substances as delegated); order and interpret labs and imaging; monitor treatment effectiveness; and perform therapeutic or corrective measures.
