Maintain accurate business records using QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office, manage invoicing and collections, handle vendor purchases, prepare and manage sales tax, assist with tax returns alongside an outside CPA firm, and organize office supplies. The role requires bookkeeping experience, attention to detail, consistency, organization, and teamwork.

Provides Tier II support for cloud-based environments, including Office 365 and Azure migrations, tenant management, troubleshooting, Azure server maintenance, endpoint support, and networking diagnostics. Investigates root causes, remediates incidents, communicates technical findings, and guides clients. Requires enterprise technology support experience, Active Directory and Exchange knowledge, and familiarity with Outlook. Occasional onsite visits are required.

Designs, deploys, and supports Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure and Office 365 migrations, hybrid cloud environments, scalable infrastructure, compute frameworks, and network-centric architectures. Responsibilities include CSP onboarding, production deployment leadership, infrastructure modernization, technical collaboration with customers and vendors, and maintaining reliable cloud environments. Candidates should understand Active Directory, Azure AD, DFS, SSO, MDM, MFA, Intune, networking, SQL, Exchange, and SharePoint. Microsoft Azure or Office 365 certifications are preferred.
