The role supports loyalty programs, rewards tiers, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives while ensuring data accuracy and process documentation. It collaborates with international CRM and marketing teams, drives automation and continuous improvement, and conducts ad hoc analyses to improve commercial performance.

Analyze customer, marketing, and transactional data across international markets; perform segmentation, CRM and campaign analysis; build BI dashboards and reports; integrate multiple data sources; deliver ad-hoc insights and commercial recommendations; support loyalty, upselling, and automation initiatives; ensure data quality and collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Data Science, BI, and country teams.

Serve as a SAP Finance & Accounting solution expert bridging business and IT: analyze requirements, design functional solutions, support and enhance SAP/non‑SAP finance applications, manage incidents/changes, drive root cause analysis and process harmonization, and support releases and transformation initiatives across multi‑country environments.
