Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for a technical B2B SaaS product: build pipeline, win pilots, close deals, lead pilot deployments, run trainings, attend industry events, and feed customer insights into product roadmap. Act as the technical sales lead, engaging engineering leaders and ensuring successful deployment and adoption.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll collaborate with clients to understand their architecture and provide technical solutions, while enhancing the product and establishing best practices.

You will architect resilient infrastructure, improve production reliability, write production code, enhance developer experience, and establish operational standards as the first platform engineer.

You will build distributed systems, derive algorithms for session detection, and integrate Meticulous into code generation to enhance developer feedback and efficiency.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll collaborate with customers to deploy Meticulous, improve the product, build relationships, and define best practices.

Provide split business and personal support to the CEO, assist operations and go-to-market teams with complex processes, run errands and vendor follow-ups, organize end-to-end corporate events and large one-off projects, host and manage visitor experiences, and be highly responsive during core hours and for time-sensitive evening/weekend items. Regular international travel required.

The Forward Deployed Engineer will establish US presence, architect solutions, own customer relationships, evolve core products, and build deployment processes at Meticulous.
