Perform functional, non-functional, automated, performance, accessibility, security, and acceptance testing for complex cloud-native systems. Develop test automation and load-testing solutions, manage defects, integrate testing into CI/CD and DevSecOps workflows, and collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, product teams, and stakeholders. The role also promotes testing best practices across distributed Agile teams and requires or supports obtaining Baseline Personnel Security Standard clearance.

Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions across public- and private-sector projects. Translate user stories into maintainable platform customizations, contribute to solution design, follow development standards, collaborate with architects and delivery teams, participate in Agile ceremonies and peer reviews, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement. The role also includes maintaining ServiceNow certifications, learning new platform capabilities, and contributing to internal initiatives when not assigned to client work.

Lead user-centred content design for public-sector digital products and services. Plan, write, manage, and improve accessible content aligned with GDS and GOV.UK standards. Collaborate with stakeholders, user researchers, and multidisciplinary agile teams; explain content decisions, solve design problems, and advocate for accessibility. Coach and mentor content designers, support the lead designer with planning and recruitment, contribute to the Content Design Community of Practice, and help develop strategies and quality improvements.
