Lead Responsible AI, ethics and assurance engagements: design frameworks, perform impact and ethical risk assessments, define assurance approaches, advise on AI governance, review AI systems (including GenAI/LLMs), support bids, and build internal capability through playbooks, training and delivery assurance.

Design, architect and deliver Microsoft-based modern workplace solutions. Lead technical workshops, produce design and proposal documentation, perform presales activities, support contract negotiations, mentor teams, ensure handover to delivery, and maintain SME-level capability across Microsoft cloud and datacentre technologies.
