Leads the university’s annual giving program and digital fundraising strategy, including direct mail, email, social media, online appeals, donor segmentation, automation, analytics, portfolio management, volunteer leadership, and donor events. Cultivates prospects, manages the Founders Council, coordinates engagement initiatives, analyzes campaign performance, maintains Raiser's Edge records, and collaborates on advancement strategy, communications, reporting, and fundraising growth.

Provides holistic academic and career advising to a caseload of up to 300 university students. Develops academic and career plans, supports retention and student success, connects students with campus resources and work-based learning opportunities, and collaborates with faculty and staff on interventions. Advises students on academic standing, advocates for diverse student populations, uses advising technologies, and maintains professional knowledge through ongoing development.

Supervises campus security personnel and ensures protection of students, faculty, staff, guests, and university facilities. Responsibilities include staffing shifts, inspecting and briefing personnel, enforcing procedures, conducting training, resolving employee issues, counseling staff, maintaining discipline, completing incident and operational reports, and supporting public safety directives. Requires security or law enforcement experience, supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, background check, and oral interview.
