Develops and manages strategic partnerships across the public health and human services ecosystem. Responsibilities include mapping partnership networks, cultivating executive relationships, managing cross-functional projects, tracking performance, conducting strategic analyses, preparing executive communications, maintaining partnership systems and documentation, and supporting meetings and external forums. The role requires independent judgment, strong stakeholder engagement, project management, negotiation, and relationship stewardship.

Leads enterprise-wide strategic planning, execution, performance management, strategic analysis, and continuous improvement. Advises executive leadership and the Board on priorities, risks, resource allocation, organizational performance, and long-term direction. Oversees strategic initiatives, research, forecasting, reporting, process improvement, departmental budgeting, and staff supervision across MHM’s 74-county service area. Requires strong business, financial, analytical, communication, facilitation, and organizational change leadership skills.
