Develops, implements, and maintains pharmacy clinical information systems (e.g., Epic/Willow). Acts as system administrator/project manager for pharmacy modules, manages build/validation/change control, trains staff, monitors billing/data integrity, supports help desk and on-call coverage, and leads informatics projects and governance.

Provides peri-operative support under RN supervision: prepares and cares for surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment; maintains documentation for fluid warmers, autoclaves, and room conditions; supports patient experience and team collaboration during surgical care.

Provide executive leadership for strategy, clinical and operational performance, physician and APP enterprise, growth, and financial stewardship of Methodist Medical Group. Establish vision for quality, safety, access, and engagement; manage performance, practice optimization, network development, and physician/employee experience. Report to EVP & Chief Physician Executive and drive short- and long-term strategic objectives.
