Owns electromechanical product development from concept through production launch for automotive and industrial applications. Responsibilities include mechanical and electrical design, CAD documentation, validation, simulation, testing, DFMEA, DFM, engineering changes, PPAP/APQP, manufacturing support, customer collaboration, and continuous improvement. The role leads cross-functional technical activities while ensuring performance, reliability, quality, cost, manufacturability, and timing requirements are achieved.

Owns the full accounts receivable lifecycle for complex OEM and Tier 1 automotive accounts, including collections, cash application, reconciliations, deductions, reserves, and month-end close. Serves as the ERP and supplier-portal subject matter expert, leads order-to-cash process improvements, supports EDI and system implementations, resolves root causes with cross-functional teams, and mentors junior analysts.

Leads global budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, FX analysis, consolidation, and executive reporting across multiple entities and currencies. Builds scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards in OneStream, standardizes FP&A processes and controls, and drives automation and continuous improvement. Partners with regional finance, accounting, and operational leaders to validate data, reconcile variances, and deliver actionable performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
