Provide technical application support for UI, lighting, and power electronics: translate customer requirements into solutions, troubleshoot field issues, perform system-level validation and testing, produce reference designs and documentation, and collaborate with sales, R&D, and manufacturing to ensure successful product integration and launches.

Serve as financial steward of global pricing strategy: build pricing/quoting models, analyze margins and profitability, partner with Sales and Commercial teams, monitor commodity costs, govern pricing approvals, support forecasting and reporting, create dashboards, and drive pricing process and tool improvements.

The Program Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of automotive programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. They lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure quality compliance while maintaining effective stakeholder communication.
