Teams at Methode Electronics

Manages the lifecycle of high-end LED lighting products and customer projects, from development and ramp-up through product care and phase-out. Coordinates global projects with customers and cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Production, and Engineering. Owns project schedules, timelines, cost control, product backlogs, prototype and test orders, non-released customer order approvals, and production releases.

Leads global multidisciplinary engineering teams developing advanced power systems from concept through validation, launch, and ongoing support. Provides technical direction, oversees engineering deliverables, manages multiple programs, and ensures compliance with customer, safety, quality, cost, and timing requirements. Collaborates with program management, manufacturing, quality, sales, supply chain, operations, and customers while driving innovation, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and team development.

Analyzes demand, supply, forecasts, inventory levels, and variances to improve inventory accuracy, reduce stockouts and excess inventory, and support production continuity. Develops inventory models, cycle-count strategies, dashboards, and performance metrics; coordinates physical audits and ERP inventory adjustments; and collaborates with Production, Purchasing, Finance, and Operations. Supports forecasting, continuous improvement, process implementation, and broader supply chain optimization initiatives.
