The role requires strong communication, technical aptitude, client-facing experience, and the ability to learn CRM, ERP, and accounting platforms.

Lead technical direction for the Growth team, building onboarding, adoption, experimentation, analytics, and conversion experiences. Scope and oversee projects, design solutions, build data pipelines and event-tracking systems, and make build-versus-buy decisions. Mentor engineers through design and code reviews, establish effective AI-assisted development practices, support hiring, and improve platform processes. The role requires full-stack development, data engineering, analytics, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and close attention to user experience.
