Manage post-sale B2B client relationships for a portfolio of property owners and managers. Serve as primary contact, coordinate onboarding, billing, field services, and success plans, monitor client health, lead touchpoints, and identify expansion opportunities.

Serve as the strategic, executive-level point of contact for top US accounts. Lead portfolio health, steerco and executive reviews, develop multi-year success plans, escalate and resolve issues, coach and support other Client Success staff, partner with sales for expansion, and advocate client needs across functions to drive retention and growth.

Analyze large datasets to produce BI dashboards and revenue assurance reports, monitor KPIs, investigate anomalies, support rate/volume variance analysis, implement controls across lead-to-cash, and recommend operational improvements to maximize revenue and margin.
