Leads large-scale technical, business transformation, operational, and technology projects from planning through delivery. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, stakeholders, vendors, and business outcomes. Develops executive and board reporting, improves PMO methodologies and tools, supports change management, and mentors project teams. Partners with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders to deliver organizational transformation initiatives, including data platform modernization, process automation, and acquisition integration.

Supports strategy and analytics through data modeling, SQL queries, scripting, web scraping, API integration, reporting, dashboards, and visualization. Analyzes structured and unstructured data, automates manual processes, maintains data quality, and develops KPI reports for stakeholders across the business. Identifies trends, risks, and opportunities while making recommendations to improve profitability and operational performance.
