Assists account representatives with customer account setup, tenant move-ins and move-outs, utility billing, customer information requests, and administrative support. Provides inbound and outbound customer support for utility billing inquiries, payment arrangements, delinquent accounts, disconnections, and reconnections. Researches billing complaints, resolves customer issues, records interactions, processes forms and emails, escalates accounts, and prepares outstanding-balance reports. Requires call centre or direct customer service experience, Spanish communication skills, strong organization, conflict-management ability, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and multiple systems.
