As a Deployment Engineer, you'll design and deploy wired and wireless networks, lead technical decisions, support network turn-up, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize internet infrastructure deployment.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle across Texas, from outbound prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, scoping, negotiation, and contract close. Build pipeline, exceed sales targets, manage Salesforce forecasting, develop channel partnerships, and maintain customer relationships through deployment handoffs. Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, Deployment Operations, and Customer Success to refine go-to-market strategy and influence product direction.

Own customer network deployments from signed contract through go-live. Lead network design and planning, coordinate customers and internal teams, manage risks and timelines, and develop scalable deployment standards, tools, workflows, and playbooks. Analyze deployment data to identify improvements and partner with Product and Engineering on platform changes. Success includes faster deployments, reliable on-time delivery, strong customer satisfaction, and consistent handoffs to Customer Success and Support.
