Manage end-to-end delivery of educational fixtures and furniture projects: scope, scheduling, vendor and installer coordination, on-site leadership, documentation, customer communication, budget/profit protection, and project close-out. Requires travel across the South Central territory and coordination with studio teams, logistics, billing, and ERP/Insights systems.

Own and deliver assigned projects from purchase order through closeout, coordinating designers, vendors, installers, and internal teams. Manage scheduling, logistics, documentation, on-site leadership, punch lists, billing coordination, and customer communications while protecting budget and quality. Frequent overnight travel and regional support in Houston required.

Manage end-to-end bid responses for educational furnishings: review RFPs, create compliance matrices, coordinate cross-functional inputs, assemble submission materials, maintain contract calendar and SharePoint repository, and support ad-hoc contract/insurance/vendor requests to enable closed-won sales.
