Lead security operations and IT administration across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments. Maintain the System Security Plan, support audits (NIST 800-171, ISO 27001), perform log review, vulnerability scanning, access and configuration management, incident response, and manage Microsoft 365, XDR, and Linux systems while documenting configurations and procedures.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications and backend services across web, mobile, desktop, and cloud-native projects. Collaborate with developers and UX teams to design responsive customer-facing interfaces, integrate APIs, test across devices and browsers, troubleshoot defects, and improve development processes and technologies. The role requires modern web framework experience, database knowledge, RESTful API integration, Git proficiency, and strong analytical skills.

Manages the IT department, infrastructure, cloud environments, enterprise software, projects, budgets, policies, and support operations. Leads IT staff, resolves user issues, collaborates with leadership and project managers, and supports government and commercial compliance needs. Oversees security controls, risk mitigation, and ISO 27001 compliance while developing IT strategies and expanding the team and infrastructure.
