Support design of user-centered interfaces across e-commerce, internal SaaS (WMS/OMS), and AI agent interactions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups; conduct usability research; maintain a design system; apply WCAG accessibility practices; collaborate with product managers and frontend engineers for feasible, consistent designs.

Build and maintain MLOps infrastructure: CI/CD for models, monitoring, deployment into a NestJS monolith, feature store/versioning, retraining workflows, A/B experimentation, and LLM operationalization.

Work as an embedded QA automation engineer to design, build, and maintain end-to-end and API test suites, integrate tests into CI/CD, run performance/load tests against a NestJS monolith, manage test data, and validate AI agent behavior and integrations across OMS/WMS/catalog workflows.
