Support onboarding/offboarding, manage access and IT asset inventory, provide first-level support for internal SaaS and ticketing systems, monitor dashboards/logs, troubleshoot and escalate incidents, maintain documentation and runbooks, and assist AI/ML and engineering teams with tool access.

Build high-performance, responsive, and accessible frontend applications across e-commerce, B2B, and internal tools using Next.js, React, and TypeScript. Implement design-system components, optimize Core Web Vitals, add animations, support A/B testing, collaborate in a monorepo with backend teams, and design interfaces for AI agents with real-time streaming and error handling.

Support cross-functional teams in planning, tracking, and coordinating programs. Prepare documentation, status reports, and dashboards; identify risks and dependencies; support meetings and process improvements. Remote, 3-month unpaid internship with possible extension or conversion.
