Lead and implement full-stack architectural foundations across frontend, backend, and AI interfaces. Define API-first patterns, select standardized libraries and monorepo practices, produce system diagrams and documentation, enforce code quality and testing, and mentor developers to improve performance, security, and maintainability.

Support design of user-centered interfaces across e-commerce, internal SaaS (WMS/OMS), and AI agent interactions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups; conduct usability research; maintain a design system; apply WCAG accessibility practices; collaborate with product managers and frontend engineers for feasible, consistent designs.

Design end-to-end technical architecture for an integrated supply-chain e-commerce platform (MES→WMS→OMS→Payments→Invoices). Define modular service architecture, API contracts, tenant isolation (Postgres RLS), deployment IaC (Terraform, Docker, Traefik), observability (Prometheus/Grafana/OpenTelemetry), security (JWT, Vault), and integration of production AI agent frameworks (LangChain/LlamaIndex/AutoGen). Mentor teams and deliver compliant, scalable technical blueprints with target SLOs.
