Sell benefits consulting solutions to large and jumbo employers (5,000+ employees or $2B+ revenue). Target a prospect list of ~40-50 accounts, develop pursuit plans, craft proposals/RFP responses, manage long sales cycles, engage C-level executives, lead pursuit teams through negotiation and contract signing, and consistently meet or exceed large-account sales targets.

Design, deploy, automate, and operate Kubernetes-based cloud-native infrastructure for latency-sensitive voice applications. Containerize middleware, build CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC with Terraform and Ansible, deploy across major cloud platforms, add observability, support migrations from VMs, troubleshoot production issues, and provide documentation and knowledge transfer to teams.

Hands-on CTO Co-Founder to architect and build an AI-enabled healthcare payments platform: own technology vision, launch MVP to commercial product, build secure scalable systems, integrate with billing/claims/payment systems, embed AI workflow automation, and recruit/lead the early engineering team while working with CEO, investors, and customers.
