Designs and operates Kubernetes platforms for modernizing mission-critical voice services. Responsibilities include containerizing applications, building CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure with Ansible and Terraform, administering cloud platforms, implementing observability, troubleshooting production systems, and supporting staged migrations and cutovers. The role collaborates with engineering, operations, and architecture teams to deliver resilient, scalable, low-latency cloud-native environments.
