Responsibilities include outbound outreach, researching prospects, engaging executives, conducting discovery and presentations, qualifying opportunities, managing CRM pipelines, preparing proposals, negotiating, coordinating with technical teams, building customer relationships, and reporting sales activity.

Develops sales across the Pittsburgh and Eastern Ohio manufacturing territory by identifying customer needs and recommending industrial finishing solutions. Responsibilities include customer visits, facility walkthroughs, equipment demonstrations, technical presentations, quotes, proposals, CRM management, trade shows, and coordination with internal teams. Requires hands-on experience with abrasive blasting, vibratory finishing, surface preparation, deburring, polishing, or related manufacturing processes, along with strong communication, technical aptitude, and regional travel capability.
