The Chief of Staff partners with founders to drive strategy, special projects, fundraising, board communications, and business operations. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional initiatives, preparing financial models and investor materials, building dashboards, overseeing budgets and forecasts, improving workflows with AI and automation, and coordinating finance, legal, compliance, and people functions. The role requires high autonomy, strong judgment, executive communication, and the ability to translate complex AI and neuroscience work into clear company narratives.

Summer 2027 engineering interns will contribute to technically deep AI research and engineering across computer vision, embodied AI, reinforcement learning, robotics, agentic systems, language modeling, computational neuroscience, and ML engineering. Responsibilities include translating research code into scalable, reliable production systems and collaborating in a fast-moving research environment. Interns will work with a world-class team developing foundation models using large-scale neural data.

Own the end-to-end loop from simulation to physical robots: integrate and maintain physics simulators, build and operate teleoperation rigs, bring up and maintain robot platforms, and ensure reliable drivers, calibration pipelines, data recording, and deployment workflows for reproducible experiments.

Design, train, and evaluate learning algorithms connecting foundation models to physical systems for embodied agents. Focus on world models, action models, RL, and learning from demonstration in simulation and real-world deployments. Own end-to-end research projects, run large-scale experiments, collaborate with engineers and neuroscientists, and apply neuroscience principles to improve representations and behaviors.
