Lead the Cloud Integrations Team in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud integration features for mirrord. Remain hands-on in Rust or comparable systems programming, guide technical direction, maintain engineering standards, and debug distributed systems involving Kubernetes, databases, cloud services, and message brokers. Prioritize work, mentor and hire engineers, promote effective AI usage, execute the roadmap, and collaborate with Product, Solution Engineering, and users.
