Partners cross-functionally on production integration, documentation, validation, and supplier coordination while mentoring junior engineers and leading technical improvement projects.

Leads the design, development, testing, and integration of cryogenic systems supporting high-temperature superconducting technologies. Responsibilities include thermal analysis, laboratory validation, prototype development, technical documentation, component procurement, partner integration, project ownership, and customer collaboration. Provides technical mentorship and contributes to engineering best practices and commercialization of superconducting solutions.

Leads the design, development, testing, commissioning, and integration of web-handling and conveyance equipment for continuous HTS wire manufacturing. Responsibilities include precision machine design, material transport, tension and winding systems, validation testing, technical documentation, vendor coordination, cost modeling, reliability improvements, project delivery, and mentorship of junior engineers.
