Create onboarding playbooks and enablement materials, resolve blockers with technical teams, gather product feedback, and transition successfully onboarded accounts to ongoing customer success. Manage multiple enterprise and mid-market implementations while ensuring customers reach productive platform usage quickly.

Design, build, and improve production-grade AI agent systems: synthetic data pipelines, evaluation datasets, monitoring and logging, long-context handling, cascading error mitigation, prompt engineering, and tooling to enable domain experts to refine training data and optimize model performance at scale.
