Teams at MET Group

Support corporate strategy and business development for renewable and conventional energy assets. Lead strategic initiatives, evaluate M&A and project opportunities, monitor market and competitor trends, originate low-carbon investment opportunities, and manage pan-European/global business development projects.

Build and operate MET Polska's flexibility portfolio by qualifying and onboarding BESS, generation, renewables and DSR for balancing, ancillary services and Capacity Market participation. Coordinate with TSOs, PSE, URE, asset owners and technology providers, develop operational dispatch processes, support VPP and integration efforts, and work with Trading/Operations to optimize commercial value across markets.

Serve as a subject matter expert for the Endur ETRM system, providing support, analysis, and ensuring operational stability for trading activities.
