Manages day-to-day HR administration, payroll coordination, personnel records, employment documentation, onboarding, offboarding, leave management, employee relations, and labor compliance. Coordinates with external payroll and labor advisors, prepares workforce reports, supports HR audits and processes, and serves as the local liaison to the international corporate HR team. Requires strong payroll, employment legislation, reporting, communication, and organizational skills.

Manage daily payment batches and direct debit collections, monitor cash flow, produce medium- and long-term financial forecasts and reports, maintain banking relationships, support negotiation of banking terms, and contribute to managing loans, credit facilities and debt optimization while supporting new projects and cross-functional tasks.

Lead finance, accounting, risk management, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, liquidity, financing strategy, financial controls, and audit activities for MET Retail’s new B2C energy business. Act as a strategic partner to local and international leadership, support commercial decisions, and build scalable financial systems, processes, and teams across European markets.
