Responsible for driving ProteinXI revenue growth by managing territory strategies, generating pipelines, leading complex sales, and building relationships across Biopharma and CRO accounts.

Execute and lead bioanalytical sample testing and method validation assays, review and analyze data, qualify reagents, train/mentor staff, maintain lab compliance with GLP/GCLP/GDP, manage inventory and lab maintenance, and ensure laboratory safety while supporting multiple high-throughput projects.

Manage and execute bioanalytical sample analysis and method validations under GLP/GCLP. Oversee projects, resources, and staff; review and analyze study data; draft study plans and reports; ensure lab safety and compliance; may supervise and train laboratory team.

Execute high-throughput bioanalytical assays and method validations under minimal supervision. Handle samples/reagents, perform lot qualification, test record documentation, peer review, data analysis, equipment maintenance, and inventory while adhering to GLP/GCLP and biosafety (BSL-2) practices.

Manage LIMS administration and the data transfer specification (DTS) process to meet customer reporting requirements. Update and customize LIMS, manage user access, troubleshoot, develop customized DTS reports, maintain data security and controls, train users, and support automation and process-improvement initiatives in a regulated laboratory environment.

Own and execute integrated B2B digital marketing programs (paid media, SEO, web/CRO, email/marketing automation, webinars, social) to generate pipeline and revenue. Manage GA4/GTM, attribution, reporting, A/B tests, landing pages, and compliance while collaborating with Product Marketing, MarCom, Commercial Ops, and IS.

Perform routine quality control testing and data analysis of incoming, in-process, and final protein-based immunoassay products (e.g., ELISA). Operate and maintain lab equipment, prepare reagents, document results per ISO, follow BSL-1/2 safety and SOPs, and support QC lab operations in a fast-paced environment.
