Develop technical stories for developers, creators, enterprise buyers, press, and investors; write executive communications, launches, campaigns, customer stories, and sales collateral. Drive cross-functional adoption of a unified voice across Product, Design, Growth, Sales, BD, PR, and leadership while operating hands-on as an individual contributor.

Handle user support across product questions, bugs, feature requests, billing, refunds, and disputes. Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Growth, and Customer Success to resolve issues and improve policies. Build Help Center content and Intercom automations, analyze support trends, and own the Eastern Time support window in a distributed team.
