Lead and supervise nursing aides, administer medications, implement and document resident care plans and treatments, transcribe physician orders, participate in shift reports, educate staff on policies, maintain infection-control and safety standards, and manage staffing needs to ensure resident well-being.

Prepare and serve meals, assemble and deliver meal trays and carts, manage and rotate food and supply inventory, sanitize dishes and equipment, dispose of refuse per policy, and follow standardized recipes and portioning instructions while supporting cleanliness, food safety, and resident satisfaction in a team environment.
