Prepare, assemble, and deliver resident meals; follow menus and standardized recipes; portion and serve meals; manage and rotate supplies (FIFO); wash, sanitize, and store dishes and equipment; maintain cleanliness and dispose of refuse per policy; support food safety and resident satisfaction while working cooperatively with the care team.

Lead and supervise nursing aides, administer medications, implement and document resident care plans and treatments, transcribe physician orders, participate in shift reports, educate staff on policies, maintain infection-control and safety standards, and manage staffing needs to ensure resident well-being.
