Senior operational leader responsible for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Warehouse, Facilities, Operational Excellence, and Quality. Builds high-performing, compliant, scalable operations, leads S&OP and capacity planning, drives lean continuous improvement, supports new product introductions and transfers, manages capital and analytics, and develops future leaders while partnering cross-functionally to meet safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and financial objectives.

Lead and manage the end-to-end customer complaint and escalation process. Ensure timely routing, investigation, resolution, and documentation of escalated issues while partnering cross-functionally to drive corrective actions and improve customer experience. Coach and develop a team, define SLAs, track KPIs, and report trends to senior leadership.

Lead and improve the Quality Management System and Regulatory Affairs programs, manage audits and regulatory submissions, drive CAPA and risk mitigation, mentor QA/RA teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and report quality/regulatory performance to senior leadership to ensure global compliance and product integrity.
