The role also manages training, budgets, laboratory resources, and cross-functional quality initiatives with production, engineering, and supply chain teams.

Leads quality assurance and compliance strategy, complex audits, regulatory adherence, process improvement, risk mitigation, CAPA oversight, team training, reporting, and cross-functional quality integration. Serves as a subject matter expert on FDA, ISO, and GMP requirements while mentoring staff and presenting compliance findings to leadership and regulatory bodies.

Develops and manages marketing communications content and campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Responsibilities include writing and editing, public relations support, social media management, campaign performance analysis, event communications, stakeholder coordination, and project management. The role translates technical information into audience-focused messaging, monitors engagement metrics, prepares reports, and recommends improvements to increase campaign effectiveness and brand consistency.
