The role requires professionalism and composure when handling contentious interactions and sensitive, disturbing criminal case materials.

Provides supervised legal services to the Department of Human Services, including dependency and neglect, delinquency, child support, adult protection, mental health commitments, and administrative matters. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, case preparation, courtroom advocacy, evidence presentation, agency guidance, caseworker training, appellate assistance, and collaboration with courts, opposing counsel, and County staff.
