Review and quality-assure peer review case reports to ensure clinical accuracy, compliance with client/specifications and federal/state mandates, verify citations and credentials, resolve issues with reviewers, support complaint resolution, and advise management on consultant quality and compliance.

Prepare, compile, and organize medical claims, records, referrals, and supporting documentation for review. Respond to client inquiries, enter and verify data in systems, coordinate with QA and providers, file and archive cases, perform clerical tasks (typing, emailing, proofreading), ensure HIPAA compliance, and escalate report issues to management.
