Provide administrative and clerical support including printing, scanning, preparing and distributing documents, managing outgoing mail, scheduling translation and transportation, making reminder calls, emailing clients, and maintaining confidential document handling and organization.

Reviews peer review reports for clinical accuracy, completeness, evidence-based rationale, client compliance, provider credentials, and adherence to ERISA and state mandates. Identifies inconsistencies, coordinates corrections with peer reviewers, supports complaint resolution, and advises management on consultant quality and compliance. Requires an active RN or LPN license, clinical knowledge, strong writing and communication skills, typing proficiency, computer literacy, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote Monday-through-Friday schedule with rotating weekends.

Respond to client and provider inquiries, enter and track client data, maintain files, liaise with QA, perform clerical tasks (typing, filing, emailing), ensure HIPAA compliance, and assist with quality issue resolution.
