Provides remote client support for independent medical examination and peer review cases. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, updating databases, coordinating with providers and QA, tracking report status, filing cases, routing calls, performing clerical tasks, resolving complaints, and maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong communication, organization, accuracy, computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently.

Manages implementation and rollout of national sales programs, including account setup, project planning, client relationship management, issue resolution, service coordination, market analysis, sales strategy, reporting, and customer satisfaction. Collaborates with sales, management, and regional teams while supporting revenue objectives, presenting products and services, monitoring budgets, and traveling as required.

Directs business development and sales growth for medical examination and peer review services. Identifies new client opportunities, expands existing accounts, increases referrals and revenue, maintains client relationships, analyzes markets and competition, develops sales strategies, delivers presentations, represents the company at industry events, and collaborates with account management and leadership. The role is remote with fairly regular travel and focuses on workers’ compensation and related maritime, railroad, and federal employer liability sectors.
