Manage general ledger accounting, reconciliations, monthly and annual close processes, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit schedules, and nonprofit compliance across multiple schools and entities. Maintain fund, investment, fixed asset, lease, payroll, and intercompany accounting. Analyze variances, strengthen internal controls, improve accounting processes, provide technical guidance, and support leadership with accurate financial information.

Leads financial operations for an education foundation and three schools, overseeing accounting, billing, budgeting, cash flow, reporting, audits, Form 990 preparation, internal controls, insurance, and financial policies. Partners with school and executive leadership on resource allocation, multi-year planning, program decisions, and sustainable growth. Supervises and develops a three-person Finance team while providing clear financial analysis and recommendations.
