Owns architecture, development, and sustainment of real-time software and telemetry infrastructure for aircraft integration benches and simulation environments. Develops C++ and Rust services, hardware abstraction layers, avionics interfaces, binary protocols, networking, recording and replay systems, and ARM Linux deployment workflows. Builds automated tests and troubleshoots software-hardware integration issues with avionics and flight-test teams. The role is fully onsite in Boston.

Lead accounting, financial reporting, and compliance for a public government contractor. Oversee SEC reporting, SOX, FAR/DFARS/CAS compliance, government audits, monthly close, revenue recognition, equity accounting, payroll, and a team of accountants while partnering cross-functionally and supporting audits, M&A, and strategic initiatives.

Leads Merlin’s feature systems engineering function, including architecture, requirements, interfaces, safety cases, verification, certification, and autonomous system behaviors. Establishes processes and standards, aligns hardware, software, safety, and flight controls, represents technical artifacts to customers and regulators, and oversees system-level testing through flight test. Builds and manages the systems engineering organization, hires and mentors leaders, and drives technical strategy for safety-critical autonomous aviation products.
