Design and manage global compensation, rewards, and performance frameworks. Build salary structures, bonus schemes, and benchmarking processes. Implement scalable compensation infrastructure, ensure pay equity and governance, analyze compensation and performance data, and partner with HRBPs and leaders to align pay with business strategy.

Design, develop, and test AI-driven tools; integrate generative AI solutions and agents into a fullstack application; build internal automation tools; customize AI agents for clients; evaluate and prototype new AI technologies.

Lead and grow engineering teams, ensure technical quality (code reviews, architecture, DevOps), manage performance and career development, drive agile practices, prioritize technical debt, handle incidents and post-mortems, and align team roadmaps with company strategy while reporting to the CTO.
