Provides IT service desk and end-user support across business units. Responsibilities include account and equipment setup, software and hardware deployment, Apple and Microsoft device support, ticket resolution, user training, access management, asset inventory, cybersecurity tool support, vendor coordination, system administration, documentation, and moderate IT projects such as migrations and MDM deployments. Occasional travel to branch offices may be required.

Provides IT service desk and endpoint support across multiple business units. Responsibilities include user and account setup, hardware and software deployment, Apple and Microsoft support, ticket resolution, asset and license management, system administration, cybersecurity tooling, vendor coordination, documentation, training, and moderate IT projects such as migrations and MDM deployments. The role supports both office-based and remote employees and may require occasional travel to branch locations.

Executes month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, consolidation support, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Maintains accounting records across multiple business units, supports acquisitions, process improvements, ERP initiatives, and audit requests. Partners with cross-functional finance teams to resolve accounting issues and ensure GAAP compliance. Performs ad hoc financial analysis and special projects while maintaining accurate, timely, and well-documented records.
