Lead and maintain the site Quality Management System (ISO 9001/13485), ensure regulatory compliance, manage QA team, support production floor quality, drive corrective/preventive actions, lead audits and product investigations, and enable new product transfers.

Delivers clinical and product training for customers and employees, provides field case support, assesses competencies, develops curricula, answers clinical questions, troubleshoots product issues, and supports sales and marketing education. The role serves as a clinical expert, creates training materials and technical papers, supports market research trials, and coordinates clinical education events and CEU programs. It requires substantial hands-on medical experience, preferably in endoscopy or general surgery.

Sells and demonstrates medical devices to new and existing hospital and clinical accounts across Denmark. Responsibilities include prospecting, account management, pricing and contract preparation, customer satisfaction follow-up, resolving delivery issues, preparing custom kit drawings, reporting sales results, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and market share. The role requires extensive travel, strong presentation and communication skills, independent work, and fluency in Danish and English.
