Lead U.S. reimbursement and market access strategy for medical device products. Advise cross-functional teams on coding, coverage, payment pathways, and payer evidence needs. Build payer and stakeholder relationships, identify barriers, design access programs, and deliver reimbursement education to internal and external audiences.

The Operations Associate I performs tasks such as medical device assembly, order picking, boxing products, and quality inspection. Ensures products meet specifications and adheres to safety standards. May require overtime.
