Performs internal audits by examining records, interviewing employees, testing internal controls, conducting process walkthroughs, reviewing asset utilization, maintaining control matrices, and documenting financial reporting processes. Requires a bachelor’s-equivalent background in accounting or finance, at least two years of auditing experience, computer proficiency, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Leads U.S. sales strategy, revenue growth, forecasting, key account relationships, and senior sales teams across medical device franchises. Establishes sales objectives, quotas, and performance metrics while partnering with marketing, product, finance, and operations. Develops leaders, fosters accountability, monitors market opportunities, negotiates with major customers and physician thought leaders, and drives CRM and sales enablement adoption.

Sells and demonstrates medical devices to new and existing hospital and clinical accounts across Germany. Responsibilities include prospecting, account management, pricing and contract preparation, customer satisfaction follow-up, resolving delivery issues, preparing sales reports, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share. The role requires extensive travel, strong presentation skills, medical product knowledge, independent work, and fluent German and English.
