Field-based capital sales leader driving adoption of Merit Oncology technologies across the Southeast. Identify, qualify, and advance complex capital opportunities; build business cases and ROI models; engage executive stakeholders and navigate hospital/IDN approval pathways; coordinate evaluations and implementations with cross-functional teams; support regional launches, coaching AEs, and meeting regional revenue and adoption goals.

Designs and develops endovascular medical devices and delivery systems. Leads technical problem solving, creates prototypes and ECNs, supports manufacturing and testing, may supervise technicians, and applies process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and materials expertise.

Develops and delivers clinical and product training for Merits global sales force and dealers, creates training curricula and materials (including digital/video), assesses trainee skills, supports field troubleshooting and customer inservices, coordinates clinical education events and CEU programs, and provides ongoing clinical support to sales and marketing.
